This is a custom 87-94 Banshee Tank Mount Harness. It has Tail light,lights on a toggle switch,  and tether hookup. It does not have the stock light switch connector. Please see the video.

Extra circuits are 10.00.    So for example.
Add whip. + plus 10.00
AddBrake light + 20.00 (front and back)
Add  light bar + 10.00
Bigger changes may be more.
