These headlight adapters are female on both ends. Gender is determined by inner terminals,not by the outter housing. These will plug into a stock 02 or newer harness, then you can pug in 95-01 lights on the other end. These are made for non OE Reproduction lights that have the wrong end on them such as Vitos.
